ALN was established in 1991 to gather detailed information on the Apartment industry in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have expanded throughout Texas and are now into Florida and Arizona. Georgia, Colorado and Nevada will be added over the next few months.
Our services are provided in two ways:
1. To Apartment Locators (real estate professionals who help renters find an appropriate apartment home)
2. To Management Companies, Developers, Appraisers and other real estate professionals in order for them to be able to get customized, accurate market studies and industry reports (available through ALNonLine)
Since we provide the information to the apartment locators which they, in turn, use to help find apartment homes for their customers, we have a good reason to get reliable updates. ALN provides the most accurate information available anywhere!
