WHAT IS ALN ONLINE?

ALN OnLine is the Intelligent Search Agent for the Multi-Family Professional. ALN OnLine provides instantaneous access to Market Surveys, Occupancy, Rent Comparable Tables, Statistics, Historical (Historical Absorption) and Property level specific data within this search engine - all available in real time. ALN OnLine will then generate a summary report based on your search request and needs. ALN and our sources are consistently updating and refining our data to ensure our quality of operations holds true for your expectations.

Amenities
ALN OnLine Researchers track 75+ separate property amenities and floor plan features. Some of these amenities are: laundry facilities and washer/dryers - plus connections, garages and parking, security systems and access gates, fitness facilities and floor plan upgrades. ALN also tracks additional surcharges for amenities and upgrades.

Notes Section
A notes section on each property will reflect non-standard features that are not normally listed in ALN's amenity section. It may also include income restrictions (if applicable) and other criteria unique to that property.

Individual Floor Plan Information
ALN OnLine provides the client with floor plan specific details such as bedroom/bathroom type, number of units (unit mix), den, study, lofts or studio in addition to the above amenities. Each floor plan also reflects square footage, current market and effective rent (or rent range), deposits and fees.

Rent Calculations
Totals and averages in square footage, price and price per square foot, as well as the annual potential income are calculated on each property. All properties show actual total rents and weighted averages.

Specials and Concessions
Specials and Rent Concessions are reported at both the Property and floor plan level.
