Owners and Investors ALN Market Survey A "Point in Time" market survey report that gives Owners and Investors a Third Party unbiased check and balance to compare to internally reported property level data. Market Survey information includes: market and effective rents by floor plan, fees and deposits, occupancy, concessions, amenity comparisons, a map of the subject and comps, pictures and a 6, 12 and 24 month historical performance chart of the subject property. You choose the comp set or your ALN Consultant will do a comp analysis for a small additional fee. With ALN's Market Survey you may select up to 12 comps to run against your subject property. A user-friendly report that can be produced on a monthly basis for one property or an entire portfolio. $159/tax per report - includes subject and up to 12 comps. Available on a subscription basis for $79/month per property with an annual commitment.
