commission/billed amount - totals and lead source. (Lead source - great tool for marketing
purposes. Easy view of where leases actually came from.)
Expiration Reports - lets you know 30 and 60 days before
your clients' leases are to expire... provides name and email
address... great tool for repeat business.
Tracking Report --- shows lead "how heard" source, how
many for each and the percentage for
each. (***Coming Soon --- updating this report as a
closing ratios and marketing tool - how many of each/% are active/lost/leased/invoiced status.)
--- to be used as your Complete Invoicing Program (create,
print then mail) and/or if invoicing is done by broker/manager, use
this feature to create accurate reports... such as:
the Lease Expiration Report, "expected move-in"
feature on the calendar, Customer Tracking Reports and Your
Lease List Prior Month and Lease List Current Month.
"Your" ALN --- capability of changing your password as often as
you would like, personal header (the top
lines of your printouts and reports which include your company name,
address, phone numbers or whatever you want as a header on your client's
reports), Controlling Search Defaults (example, include/exclude No-Locator
properties and search results listed alphabetically or by Map
Coordinates), Creating How Heard List based on your company's marketing
