• ALN updaters continuously update amenities, current market rents, commission rates, etc.... all pertinent information for making locating simpler.   

• Numerous Ways to Contact ALN Updater --- let an updater know of any updates/changes/errors you might find - we always appreciate it.  (Either send a note through ALN Email or at the property's notes page.)

• 24-7 (almost) contact with Karyn at ALN for Questions/Suggestions through the ALN Email or by phone.

• Party Time --- locator luncheons, etc.   Know when and where...giveaways!!!

• High quality photos and floorplans.

• Real-time Yahoo maps detailing only the properties on client's personalized list.

• Email property reports to your clients and receive email notifications when your client accesses their list.     Faxing lists through ALN is an option as well.    (Form letters available too... your package is ready, follow-up, thank you, etc!)

• Faxing and Emailing Registrations through ALN. 

• Revoke Customer Access to their lists (for clients who never reply to your emails, etc.) 

• Quick Search by Property Name or Address --- great tool for when you just need to pull up information for one community... no need to do an entire search.   (Property has changed names and you can't remember the new name... no problem, type in the old name and the property still comes up, giving you the new name!)

• Hot Sheet --- at a glance --- displays all properties by ALN Areas - shows ONLY current commission rate and concessions.

• Multiple Search Preferences/Amenities/Floorplans to choose from to really customize the list to your clients required needs/amenities.

• Locator's Search Results Page - easy to use, at a glance information, well formatted... opens in two screens so that a detailed Property Information Page is right there too.    (Locator's View of Property Information Page --- pictures, address, phone numbers, occupancy rate, management company, manager's name, all amenities, all floorplans/rents listed, school information, notes directly from property, etc.)

• Properties can now put their own notes (for locators eyes only) into this system. You will find them in red print on the property profile sheet. Email addresses   and/or  a direct link to their web site is also included.  

• For each apartment community --- capability to write private notes for locator's eyes only and notes regarding community that you would like to appear for all clients and specific notes to appear only for client you are currently working...such as leasing agents name to see, availability and specials  (which also shows on your recap sheet to keep for your files.)     Coming Soon:  Keyword Search will search through your personal notes too!     

• Locator's Notes regarding Clients  ---  keep track of conversations... when/what, etc.      Recall Previous Search and  your notes are easily visible on main client page.

• Locator Calendar - will notify you of Call Backs for that date, Expected Move-Ins and your Upcoming Lease Expirations

• Organizer  --  will provide a report for ALL  Call Backs Due --- you specify dates.  Includes Search #, Call Back Date, Client Name, Phone #  and  any notes you have written regarding call back.

• Reports ---  Lease List Prior Month and Lease List Current Month --- These are reports of the leases you generated in the given month.... includes client's name, property, move-in date, commission/billed amount - totals  and  lead source.      (Lead source - great tool for marketing purposes.   Easy view of where leases actually came from.)

• Lease Expiration Reports - lets you know 30 and 60 days before your clients' leases are to expire... provides name and email address... great tool for repeat business.

• Customer Tracking Report --- shows lead "how heard" source, how many for each and the percentage for each.    (***Coming Soon --- updating this report as a closing ratios and marketing tool - how many of each/%  are active/lost/leased/invoiced status.)

• Billing/Invoicing  ---  to be used as your Complete Invoicing Program (create, print then mail) and/or if invoicing is done by broker/manager, use this feature to create accurate reports... such as:   the Lease Expiration Report, "expected move-in" feature on the calendar, Customer Tracking Reports and Your Lease List Prior Month and Lease List Current Month.

• Personalizing "Your" ALN --- capability of changing your password as often as you would like, personal header  (the top lines of your printouts and reports which include your company name, address, phone numbers or whatever you want as a header on your client's reports), Controlling Search Defaults (example, include/exclude No-Locator properties and search results listed alphabetically or by Map Coordinates), Creating How Heard List based on your company's marketing sources.
