receive ALN’s Market Survey available the 16th-18th. This report gives you the "Point in Time"
third-party check for you and your Owners/Investors.

access of your Property's Submarket. Receive a Statistical Submarket Summary
report that will provide you with averages of occupancy, effective and market
rents, and so much more!
4- Review
the date of update and/or changes of your property and the comps within that
area.

Utilize your property’s advertising capability on ALN’s Locator program by
submitting bonuses, floor plans, specials, etc. as often as you like. You may
even include an expiration date of that special or bonus. ALN’s Locator program is accessed 5000-6000 times
each day within select ALN markets.
6- Access,
Review and Update your property information via fax, phone or updates@alnsystems.com
anytime!
7- Login/Password
assigned to each subscribing property or universal login can be assigned for
Management Portfolio access through the Portfolio program.
8- Your
property’s picture and link is advertised on Locator Program‘s home page in all
ALN Texas Metros.
9- Ask your

10- Annual
